The strength of VIZHUTHUHAL is the network of teachers’ community and volunteers.

The volunteers, who are also the members of the Trust, serve as the link between teachers and the Trust. For effective functioning, a Managing Committee comprising 7 members takes care of the administrative activities. Managing Committee has been formed essentially based on their availability in and around Chennai for ease of access and better administration. But in true sense all the members are trustees.

The two-fold activity of the Managing Committee is to develop teacher community and volunteers. The teacher community will identify the needy students and volunteers look for contributors.
